There are many great websites about eye health, eye diseases, and eyecare in general. For example, if you have questions about common eye diseases, such as cataracts or macular degeneration or if you want to see an interactive diagram of the human eye, or learn about the latest in eye and vision research, check out the National Eye Institute's excellent web site.

Another very informative web-site on eye health and vision care in general is All About Vision. This site discusses vision development at various ages, specialty vision areas (low, sports and computer vision), LASIK surgery, and the nutritional aspects of vision.
